ILLUSTRATION WORKSHOP ROME 2020
New Workshop to learn how to draw and paint more confidently!
In this Workshop you will create beautiful illustrations with mix techniques. You dont need previus knowledge to participate!
If you are an absolute beginner, then finding a way to express yourself visually will be the most important step in your practice. Drawing is the most important way that illustrators use to express their ideas. I will help you to become comfortable with your own creative expression.
You will learn:
• Figure out a Concept.
Before you start drawing, you need to figure out your concept. Whether it be for a client or a personal project, understanding it is key to creating a successful illustration.
• Sketching .
With your ideas in mind and references on hand, it is time to start sketching. We will refine composition, dimensions, characters, etc. Don´t be too worried about perfection at this point in the illustration process.
• Experiment with colors.
After the sketching we will find the perfect color palette. Colors are important since they help elicit emotion and enhance the message of the illustration. We will experiment with different techniques like pencils, markers, Acrylic painting and Watercolor.
• At the end of the classes, you will produce your illustrations with your own style.
FINDING YOUR OWN STYLE IS THE KEY TO LEARN ILLUSTRATION!
*It is not necessary to have previous knowledge to participate in the Workshop.
